Greenwich
Street.
An early signature project on Greenwich Street in Tribeca — a full loft renovation that has aged beautifully. The home is organized around three quiet architectural moves: a curved arch, a marble plane, and a continuous oak floor.
At the entry, a custom-designed powder room with a gracefully curved ceiling and an illuminated round mirror sets the tone — elegant, dim, and unmistakably bespoke. Off the great room, the kitchen is a chef’s instrument: high-gloss white millwork wrapped in a dramatic vein-cut black marble backsplash, with a generous central island.
Throughout the home, brick is exposed, oak floors run wide, and the bathrooms speak softly — a freestanding tub against rough stone, a steam shower in book-matched white marble, a window detail to the airshaft that lifts the entire space.
