Bathroom Remodels
East 87th
East 87th
Street.
An East 87th Street co-op bathroom remodel built on restraint. Soft white millwork meets a marble vanity top, polished chrome fittings, and a steel-framed glass shower partition that gives the room its only graphic line.
The fixtures are deliberately classic — cross-handle faucets, an extending magnifying mirror, exposed plumbing — so the architecture and stone read first.
A second bath in the same apartment carries the same vocabulary: marble, white walls, chrome, and just enough warmth from accessories to keep the rooms from feeling clinical.
