A full renovation of a 650 Park Avenue co-op for a client with a deep personal collection of contemporary art. Designed by Debra Funt, the home moves between exuberant pattern and quiet restraint, room by room.

Marble checkerboard floors run through the public rooms, anchoring an art-forward gallery sequence. The powder bath layers a botanical wallpaper against a black-lacquered floating vanity and circus-pattern stone trim. The guest bedroom’s wallpaper accent and brass detailing carry the same considered hand.

Every room is meticulously detailed: cove lighting integrated, carpentry to fingernail tolerance, wallpaper hung to alignment. The result is a residence that wears its art as easily as its architecture.
