A series of Blank Street Coffee build-outs across NYC — including a new shop at One Boerum Place. Our scope included the demolition of existing conditions, all new plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and the custom millwork that anchors each location.
Curved cognac leather banquettes, warm wood millwork, sage green tile backsplashes, and the brand's signature menu boards combine to create the recognizable, welcoming environment that has become Blank Street's calling card.
Each location is built to be opening-day ready — and busy from the first morning.
